As you may already be aware, our long-standing Managing Director, Dr. Jens Jörg Eßer, passed away after a short and serious illness. This loss has deeply affected Hobe GmbH.

It is therefore particularly important to us to provide you with a transparent overview of the future management structure of our company.

I, Thomas Vögtle, assumed the position of Managing Director of Hobe GmbH on 1 June 2026. Having served as Commercial Director and Deputy Managing Director for more than ten years, I am very familiar with our structures, processes, and our close collaboration with you.

In my role, I am supported by Mr Thomas Dorner as Deputy Managing Director. As our long-standing Head of Production with more than 13 years of service at the company, Mr Dorner has extensive experience in our manufacturing processes.

Together with our experienced and well-established team, we will continue to manage the company reliably, responsibly, and to the high standard of quality you have come to expect. Our commitment remains unchanged. We will continue to develop and supply technically advanced, highly precise tools that meet the highest requirements in demanding applications. There will be no changes to your processes, contacts, or existing agreements.

Our aim remains to be a reliable, competent, and long-term partner to you and to continue our collaboration in a spirit of mutual trust.
